June 2016 – A large retaining wall failed beside some flats in Redruth, Cornwall in the storms of 2014 and after advising the client and battling insurers for two years they finally agreed to fund the work.
We provided a fully Project Managed service for the client and co-insurers and advised on loss of rent and other insurance aspects.
